Refund policy
At UBANjewels, we follow a strict quality check process to ensure you receive the best. However, we understand that issues can happen. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Window (3 Days)
You must raise a return or exchange request within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- The return window will automatically close after 3 days.
- Late requests will not be entertained under any circumstances.
2. Mandatory Requirement: Unboxing Video
To ensure fairness, an Unboxing Video is MANDATORY for any claim.
- You must record a 360-degree clear video while opening the parcel.
- The video must clearly show the Original Labels, the Box, and the
- Defect/Damage without any cuts or edits.
- Note: Insufficient evidence or signs of tampering will lead to the rejection of your claim.
3. Scenarios for Return/Exchange
A. Received a Damaged or Wrong Product?
If the fault is ours (damaged in transit or wrong item sent):
- We will provide a Free Replacement of the same product.
- If the product is out of stock, we will issue a Full Refund or Store Credit (as per your preference).
- Action: Mail us at Info.ubanjewels@gmail.com with the Unboxing Video within 3 days.
B. Did Not Like the Product? (Change of Mind)
If you simply dislike the product or want to exchange it:
- We DO NOT issue cash refunds for "Dislike" cases.
- We will issue a Store Credit (Gift Voucher) with unlimited validity.
- Deduction: A reverse shipping fee of ₹60 will be deducted from your voucher amount.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
4. How the Process Works?
- Request: Email us at Info.ubanjewels@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 88509 91163 with your Order ID and Unboxing Video.
- Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup. You must be available to hand over the packet to the courier partner.
- Voucher Generation: After we receive the product and verify its condition, your Store Credit (Voucher) will be issued within 7 days.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are NOT eligible for return or exchange:
- Any single jewelry piece from a Combo/Gift Box.
- Products purchased during a Clearance Sale or Special Promotion.
- Customised or personalized jewelry.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Strict Policy: Considering operational challenges, we DO NOT accept order cancellations once the order is placed. We request customers to avoid impulsive buying.
