• Processing Time: Once your order is confirmed, we take 3 to 4 working days to carefully pack and dispatch it from our warehouse.

• Working Days: Orders are processed, shipped, and delivered on working days only. We do not dispatch orders on Sundays or Public Holidays.

• Notification: As soon as the shipment leaves our facility, you will receive a confirmation Email & SMS with the tracking details.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

We partner with India's trusted courier services (like Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart & Ecom Express) to ensure timely delivery.

• Metros & Tier-1 Cities: 4 to 7 working days.

• Rest of India (Tier-2, Tier-3 & Rural): 10 to 12 working days.

• Note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges (Within India)

We offer transparent shipping rates based on your cart value:

• Free Shipping: For all orders above ₹499.

• Standard Charge: A flat non-refundable fee of ₹59 applies to orders below ₹499.
